Every guest receives appointment confirmations 72 hours before the scheduled time. All first time Scalp & Soul and hair color clients will receive a pre-appointment form after making a reservation.

The forms allow for your stylist to have an idea of what you're looking for before you even step foot in the salon. Cortney will reach out with any necessary questions before your appointment to ensure a smooth service.
